Mr. Tilev has been practicing law since 1983. His legal career started in Bulgaria, where he was a Circuit Court Judge. In 1991, he moved to the United States and obtained an advanced law degree from the American University’s Washington College of Law. Since graduating in 1993, he has been practicing in the greater Washington, DC area.
